A short stop at a vegetable and coffee demo farm in Amadeo, Cavite will show you how coffee can grow alongside organic vegetables and fruit trees.

This adventure then takes you to where coffee starts. From the seedling in a nursery to a full grown fruit-bearing stage. See how Barako grows alongside other lower-elevation varieties like Robusta and Excelsa. On an elevation of about 500 meters above sea level, enjoy the breeze as Dr. Andy Mojica, the PCB’s resident farm expert explains how coffee grows from seed to plant and how it travels from harvest to mill.

At the Gourmet Roasting facility, watch the green coffee transform into perfectly-roasted whole beans, the brew of which will you will soon see in your cup.

Bring your hiking gear—a hat, a jacket (in case it showers), and rubber shoes will equip you well for this whole day tour.
