Organizations oftentimes get obsessed on their salespeople achieving their sales quotas that they overlook the prerequisites required to achieve success in sales.
It is not enough that the salesperson be equipped with the skill to know how to sell but more importantly, the salesperson must have the will to succeed. This way, salespeople are motivated and eager to sell.
This workshop teaches participants what should be in them even before they go out to sell. Values, mindset, and purpose play a crucial role in determining success. Once established, the balance of the workshop deals with the basic skills of selling such as prospecting, effective sales presentations, handling objections, and closing the sale.
The Successful Selling Workshop will be facilitated by Inspire's CEO and Sales Trainer Alex L. Araneta on May 31, 2011 at The Richmonde Hotel, Pasig City.

ABOUT YOUR SPEAKER
|

Alex Araneta has had extensive experience in the field of Sales and Marketing, spanning 20 years and having handled many products in various industries.
He started his career in the field of brand management as Product Assistant for Hershey's-Goya. Soon after, he was promoted to Assistant Product Manager and eventually moved to CFC-Universal Robina Corporation handling brands such as Blend 45 Coffee, Tivoli Milk and Nips Chocolate. Alex's marketing career continued on with stints collaborating with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) to promote the Couple's Choice brand of contraceptives and with RFM Corporation working under the Cosmos-Sarsi Group.
In 1996, Alex expanded his work experience to include sales as he led the Sales and Marketing team of Collins International, a sister company of LG-Korea. In 1998, he spearheaded the sales group of the Expo Pilipino in Clark, Pampanga and brought in over 2 million people to the Centennial Theme Park. From there, Alex tried his hand in the construction industry as he took the helm of Puyat Flooring as Sales & Marketing Director.
Currently, Alex continues to do consultancy work in the area of Sales and Marketing for a number of companies in the construction industry. He is also the Chief Encouragement Officer of Inspire Leadership Consultancy and leads the team in promoting John Maxwell's leadership programs and Zig Ziglar's sales programs.
