The Law & IRR For Cooperatives

In compliance with the implementing rules of the Cooperative Code, all officers & board directors of cooperatives must undergo the mandatory and required training requirements in order for them to qualify for future elections. This is embodied in Sec 6 Rule 7 of the IRR of the Cooperative Code effective June 15, 2010.

Election for officers and directors in your cooperative is coming up so make sure you are able to comply with this requirement. Disqualification is not an option. Attend! Pre-registration is required in this two-day one-time only event.
