Part 1 of this seminar workshop brings you the latest information about the nature & course of depression and diverse treatment methods of handling this illness. As counselors we can provide hope to our clients who suffer from this illness or those who are at risk. Our clients no longer have to struggle through incapacitating and lengthy episodes of depression. With proper management, people afflicted with this illness can find ways to reduce its severity and improve their quality of life. Part 2 of the workshop promotes suicide prevention efforts advocating awareness and treatment of mental health concerns.
