Overview
The success or failure of a collection transaction can be determined in as little as 5 minutes. If a collector knows the right strategy in approaching a client, a successful collection is accomplished in a few minutes. However, if a collector has not been taught the proper skills, hours and even days can be wasted in a futile attempt to collect.
Collecting without having the adequate negotiation skills simply results in loss: loss of income, loss of time and loss of opportunity. Even an understanding of negotiations but without the appropriate collection skills would have the same result. Collection specialists, armed with proper training and developed skills, will lead to high recovery rates and greater profit margins every company desires.
The seminar contains very relevant and practical scenarios on collection and negotiation and is designed to challenge the creativity and resourcefulness of collection specialists. It can be used to train new collectors and at the same time serve as a refresher course for the more experienced workers. This program is highly recommended for any company or individual involved in the collection of bad debts.
