6. Fax the Deposit Slip to (02) 325-0072. Indicate in the deposit slip your company name, participant’s full name, seminar name and seminar date.
7. Confirm the receipt of your Payment (Deposit Slip) by calling us at (02) 576-4423 or (02) 215-4824. Upon completion of this step, you will be completely registered in your chosen seminar.
