Course Objectives:
Demonstrate how to put the concepts of the MBO, BSC and Competencies into actual practice and use these concepts in formulating individual/group performance appraisal forms.
Identify key result areas (KRAs) and write objectives following the four perspectives of the BSC.
Determine performance standards and performance indicators to measure any given objective.
Translate these standards/indicators of performance into quantifiable measures for the purpose of rating actual performance.
Learn best practices to monitor, review, and give feedback on performance to one's staff.
Learn how to agree and discuss development action plans to improve the performance of one's staff.
Session Fee:
Regular session fee is P12,000.00 (exclusive of VAT) per participants. Meals will be served and training materials will be provided.
Early Bird Registration:
Registrants who sign up and pay the registration fee on or before February 3, 2012 are entitled to a 5% discount.
Cancellation Procedure:
The following refund terms will be followed:
Full refund on or before February 1, 2012
50% refund February 2 – February 7, 2012
25% refund February 8 – February 14, 2012
Registrants who cancel their registration on or after February 15, 2012 are not eligible for the refund.
Bundle Rate:
A P500.00/participant discount will be given to companies with 3 or more attendees.
