Course Content

Project management is the application of knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to create plan activities in compliance with project requirements. Project management is accomplished through the use of processes such as: Initiating, Planning, Executing, Controlling, and Closing.

This course will focus on the standards for Project management created by PMI. These standards provide the beginner with a solid foundation for performing project management. Our course will provide the intermediate and advanced project manager with specific information required to successfully pass the CAPM ® or PMP® certification examination.
