Objectives of the course:
•To understand the principles and practice of human resource development and management;
•To understand the reasons for the fragmentation of the health workforce to minimize dysfunctionality;
•To identify obstacles and barriers to effective integration of health professionals;
•To develop human resource development and management strategies for effective action.
Participant Mix:
Managers of health programs, facilities and hospitals in charge of human resources, those interested in the application of HR management techniques to achieve cost-efficiency; directors of health education institutions and Regulators in charge of licensing health workers.
