2. Electronic Transmission of Precinct Counts
3. COMELEC's General Instructions for BEI and BOC 4. Actual Precinct Count Optical Scan (PCOS)... machine demonstration.
In addition, a variety of POSSIBLE ELECTION FRAUDS will be discussed.
Seminar fee is P3,500.00, inclusive of two (2) snacks, lunch, and seminar materials.
