The Filipinas Heritage Library (FHL) has revamped its creative writing workshops, offering its first e-learning workshop to suit the needs of very busy individuals who wish to continue nurturing their passion for writing. This online workshop will guide participants in using their senses and intuition to inspire them to write. Just as important, the workshop will offer tips on various writing techniques to help participants come up with creative pieces.
The workshop facilitator Ms. Conchitina Cruz is currently a professor for creative writing at the Department of English and Comparative Literature of the University of the Philippines in Diliman. She is a Palanca Awardee and won the National Book Award for Poetry.
Workshop fee is P5,500 (inclusive of handouts, materials, snacks, and a certificate). A down payment of P1,000 is required to reserve a slot. The deadline for reservations is March 9, 2011. A 5 percent discount will be given to those who pay in full on or before March 4, 2011. Payment is non-refundable.
Payments can be given in cash, check, or through credit card.
*Discount does not apply to credit card transactions
