SIM provides a criticak overview of migration processes, dynamics, adn challenges of migration in the context of a globalized world. The course utilizes interactive and case study approaches to learning the complex dimensions of migration. Topics include gender analysis of migration; comparative migration policies; migration and human rights; migration and development, marriage migration; environmental migration; social cost of migration, and comparative migration policies.
